Bristol Palin Slams Kathy Griffin White Precious Comment

In an effort to defend herself, Bristol Palin has engaged the third celebrity this week, Kathy Griffin. Palin has lashed out at the comedian for jokes that she made about her gaining weight while she was on the reality TV show “Dancing with the Stars”.

Griffin made the joke about Palin while she was hosting “VH1 Divas Salute the Troops” which was put together in honor of the U.S military.

Griffin who is widely known for her blunt sense of humor spent most of the time cracking jokes in a camouflage bikini, some of which included Bristol Palin.

While many of Griffin’s jokes got laughs from the audience members, it was clear that they did not approve of her joke about Palin’s body. Griffin joked that Bristol Palin was the only person the TV show to actually gain weight, which sparked an angry reaction from Palin.

The comedienne said:

“She’s the only contestant in the history of the show to actually gain weight,” Kathy said of Bristol’s long run on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ as the troops loudly booed.

“No, come on, come on,” she continued. “She gained like 30 pounds a week, I swear to God, it was fantastic. She’s like the white Precious.”

Palin spoke with Fox News, saying that Griffin deserved to be booed by the audience and that their reaction spoke volumes about the joke itself. So far the comedian has not spoken about the issue whatsoever.

Kathy… When did it become OK to demean a young girl about her weight? Bristol has never done or said anything to deserve your wrath. YES we know you are liberal. YES we know you dislike Sarah. Dont extend it to her family. Its rediculous. You should be ashamed.

Every girl should be anorexic. Girls should not eat. It is a crime if they do. Men should like twigs with no boobs because it is sexist to like a woman for being curvy. We do not like curvy men. It is so unfair for someone who naturally is attractive to get men and be good looking. You should have to work to hget any benifits, i.e. looks, and starvation is looks. Megan Fox has it right, she should not eat, neither should any other female in the spot light. What message are we sending to women that they can be content and happy and be successful. You have to earn it.
