Caitlin Sanchez Dora The Explorer Lawsuit

Caitlin Sanchez Dora The Explorer Lawsuit – You may not know her name and her face but we are certain that you and your children know her voice very well.

Caitlin Sanchez, 14, is the voice behind one of the most famous cartoons on TV at the moment- “Dora The Explorer” which airs on Nickelodeon.

Caitlin Sanchez and her parents Kevin and Hilda Sanchez are suing the network- claiming that millions were wrongfully taken away from them after they were duped into signing contracts that they did not permit them to get paid for reruns, recordings, and other “Dora the Explorer” merchandise such as toys, bags, games, DVD’s and clothing.

The Sanchezs alleged that they were pressured when Caitlin, then 12, took the job to voice Dora back in 2007 by Nickelodeon and the teen’s agent, Jason Bercy, into signing a 14-page contract after being given only 22 minutes to review the mountain of documents and were not permitted to see an entertainment attorney to go over the deal.

Apparently Caitlin gets only $5,115 per episode and $40 a day when she has to travel and promote the highly successful series which ranks in billions.
