Chloe Sevigny Slams Big Love “It Was Awful This Season”,Then Apologizes

Chloe Sevigny Slams Big Love “It Was Awful This Season”,Then Apologizes – It appears as if Chloe Sevigny has not been happy with the direction that the show that she stars in, “Big Love”, has taken in their most recent scene. The television series, which has been described by many as a polygamist drama, has disappointed many fans and critics in their most recent season. She went on to say that the most recent season of the television show was “awful, as far as I’m concerned” she said in front of a number of reporters. She then went on to taunt the television show, saying that she believed that the writers had lost their vision and that their show was probably not interesting enough to remain on TV for a long period of time. This is a sentiment shared by many who have watched the show, and it is unclear at this point if Chloe Sevigny will be involved in the creation of the upcoming seasons.

She was also upset that the show was only given nine episodes in their most recent season. She had said that she believed that HBO had cut back on the series episodes because they were placed behind other original programming on the priority list of the show. That may be true, as many newcomers to the network are going to be having much longer seasons than “Big Love” received this year. The standard number of episodes for original programming on the network appears to be 13. The network does not receive a lot of online viewership of their television programs either, because they require that viewers subscribe to their channel in order to see their content. She also went on to say that she hopes the fans stick with the show and tune in during the following season.

Sevigny released a statement after realizing her mistake:

“I feel like what I said was taken out of context, and the [reporter] I was speaking to was provoking me. I was in Austin [at the SXSW festival] and really exhausted and doing a press junket and I think I just… I wasn’t thinking about what I was saying. You know, after a day of junkets sometimes things slip out that you don’t m ean, and I obviously didn’t mean what I said in any way, shape, or form. I love being on the show. I have nothing but respect and admiration for our writers and everybody involved with the show. It’s been the greatest opportunity of my lifetime so far – the best role I’ve ever played, the best part I’ve ever had the opportunity to portray. So I love the show. I think it’s the greatest show on television. I think it’s the weirdest show. I think it is very complex and the content is amazing and it’s just very ironic that this statement would come out and blow so out of control. Because I feel absolutely the opposite.”

Is Chloe Sevigny right for speaking her mind so bluntly?
