Bill O’Reilly On The View Takes On Whoopi Goldberg And Joy Behar

Bill O’Reilly On The View Takes On Whoopi Goldberg And Joy Behar – Bill O’Reilly recently appeared on “The View” and got into a heated discussion with the cast while on the air. A number of his comments regarding a mosque being placed near Ground Zero prompted two of the co-hosts to walk off as the cameras rolled on. He was on the show to promote his new “Pinheads and Patriots” book. The discussion became increasingly heated over the “Ground Zero Mosque” debate, and later in the discussion he went as far as to say that “Muslims killed us on 9/11.”

It was then that Whoopi Goldberg disputed his claim, saying that 70 families had members of their family who died in the building. O’Reilly shot back by saying that Seventy percent of Americans don’t want the mosque to be placed there, and that was good enough reason for the mosque to find a new location. When he was pressed to explain why he thought the mosque was a bad idea, he leaned over and whispered “Muslims killed us on 9/11,” prompting Goldberg to respond with “This is such bullsh*t.”

O’Reilly later apologized for the comments and the co-hosts came back out onto the stage. It was a heated discussion that obviously came to a boiling point when O’Reilly singled out an entire religion. It was interesting to see that Whoopi and Joy Behrar would walk off the stage if the discussion became too heated for them to handle. “The View” is known for their heated discussions.
