Oprah Australia Show

New photos and footage of ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ have been released, giving the rest of the world a sneak peek at what they have to look forward to when her Australian episodes premiere.

In the behind-the-scenes peeks, Winfrey is seen with an incredible outdoor stage that was constructed just for her show.

She also interviews numerous Australian guests and other celebrities who have been friends with Winfrey for years.

First up is Russell Crowe, who was born in New Zealand. Crowe took Winfrey boating during one of her weekends there, and talked about how great the country was.

“When you live in a city like this, it’s easy to be friendly,” he said. He went on to talk about his belief that many Americans live to work, but most Australians simply work to live.

Winfrey also hosted the Irwin family on her show, who lost the iconic “Crocodile Hunter” to a stingray barb in the heart in 2006. Terri Irwin, the widow of Steve Irwin, talked with Winfrey about their life now.

Daughter Bindi also said that she watches tapes of her father every day, because, “that way it’s like he’s still there. He was the best dad ever.”
